Emergency Dental Care
Specialty
Same-day dental emergencies — we are here.
If you are in pain, have broken a tooth, or lost a crown, call us first. We do everything we can to see emergencies the same day.
What it is
Overview.
A dental emergency is anything that hurts a lot, bleeds, swells, or makes it hard to eat or sleep. The faster we see you, the better the outcome — most issues are easier to treat early. Do not white-knuckle the weekend hoping it will pass.
Call our office at 704-544-8860. If we are open, we will do our best to get you in the same day. If it is after hours and the issue is urgent, our voicemail will tell you what to do next.

How it works
How we handle emergencies
- Step 01
1 · Call us first
Even before you head to the office. We can triage, give you immediate at-home advice, and prep a chair for you.
- Step 02
2 · Rapid evaluation
When you arrive, we image and assess the tooth quickly — the goal is to stop pain and stabilize.
- Step 03
3 · Same-day treatment
When possible, we treat in the same visit — temporary or final restoration, medication when clinically appropriate, or a referral if surgical care is needed.
- Step 04
4 · Follow-up plan
We schedule any next steps clearly so you leave knowing exactly what comes next.
Why it works
Why call us first
- Same-day appointments whenever possible

- Pain relief, infection control, and a real plan in one visit
- We handle the insurance paperwork while you focus on healing
Aftercare
Until you can get to us
Rinse gently with warm salt water. For a knocked-out adult tooth, hold the tooth by the crown (not the root), gently rinse debris with water, and try to place it back in the socket if you can do so safely — or keep it moist in milk, saliva, or a tooth-preservation kit. Apply a cold compress for swelling. Use over-the-counter pain relief only if you can safely take it and follow the label.
